      @MattFright Thank you so much! 🙂 I'm really glad you enjoyed it, especially since using ghost monsters is always a bit 50/50 if people will like them lol. Watching back your demo also made me realise there were some things I over looked, and I completely forgot to add this phone.

      I've seen like 2 wads do this outside of GZDoom stuff (Batman Doom and kinda Jenesis), but I really wanna see more wads balanced around continuous play. Although people always balance their maps around pistol starting, I love the feeling of immersion and building up your inventory it gives for certain wads like Epic 2. Still wanna make a couple of wads that center around that. Granted, testing them around that might be kinda hard, but if I can pull it off right, I think it would make for a really cool experience. 🙂

    • Best way to end a wad?

      What's your personal favourite way for a wad to end (or just your personal favourite final maps)?

      I think my favourite kind is where the wad tries to make a climactic map with the themes/gameplay style of the rest of the wad so far.
      My personal favourite wad that's done this is Equinox, a perfect ending in my opinion.

      Hi, I have an idea for map 22, and i just wanna make sure everything I have so far is ok.

      Edit: Forgot to mention, the "bridge" with all the step textures inside the floor will be a self referencing sector, I'm just saving that job until the end of the map.

      OK NEVERMIND I got a few more people to playtest it and tweaked a few more things. At this point I don't really care if people find off things about it, since all the major issues have been completely fixed, so I am completely done now. Sorry I sent so many versions of the map by the way, I just wanted to make sure it all played how it was intended. 😵
      Very excited to see the full wad released, looking forward to what everyone else has done for the project! 🙂

      Alright, I've gotten as much playtesting done as I could, so this should be the FINAL one, unless I find some more things last minute or whatever.
      For now though I'm going to get some sleep, and it might be released when I wake up lol

      Alright this should be the final version. Edited the boxes in the last room to properly block the archvile attacks, and added that one secret room. Didn't really know how to edit anything else without completely ruining it though, so it's mostly the same as the last one I sent. 😵 Hope it's all fine to leave in though! <:)
